Coco Colenco Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Coco Colenco. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide the highest quality fresh baked cookies. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, please take note of the following return and refund policy:

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under Dutch law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. However, this right does not apply to perishable goods such as our fresh baked cookies. Therefore, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect.

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund under the following conditions:

  • Defective Product: If the cookies are damaged or spoiled upon arrival.

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong items or missing items.

To process your request efficiently, please include the following information:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photos of the defective or incorrect product.

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Please email our customer service team at info@cococolenco.com with your order details and the issue. We will respond within 1-2 business days to resolve your concern.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account.

5. Exceptions

Our return policy does not cover:

  • Change of mind after the order has been shipped.

  • Products that are not stored correctly upon delivery, leading to spoilage.

  • Delayed delivery due to incorrect address or recipient not available.

  • Due to our commitment to providing freshly baked goods and our established production schedule, all orders are final and cannot be canceled. Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled.
