One of Coco’s first experiments with creating a new recipe was inspired by her love for cocoa. She knew she wanted to make something that could heal the hearts.
She reminisces the story of Miss Valentina, Coco’s mother’s best friend, a prideful woman who lives at number 10. Coco and her mother used to visit her often. Miss Valentina is a passionate lady who loves deeply. However, she has a complicated relationship with her lover Lorenzo, a charming and handsome man with commitment issues. Valentina, who always falls for his charms, often finds herself in total despair. The smell of cocoa became a comforting presence for her. Since Coco came up with her Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie, Valentina has found a new cure for her aching heart.
These cookies, with their crisp shell and gooey triple chocolate center, embody Coco's message: while a cookie won’t solve all your problems, it’s okay to treat yourself with something sweet to enjoy the blessings in life.
